This is the first major project undertaken by the Association and funded by the European Union within the framework of the Small Window Programme of the Decentralised Cooperation Programme (DCP) of the Ministry of Finance to the tune of    10 000€.  The village communities were involved in the implementation of most of the activities with the support of various Ministries and Institutions.  The Project was carried out between October 2008 and November 2009.
