Ministries

Close contacts have been established with several Ministries including the Ministry of Blue Economy, Marine Resources, Fisheries and Shipping, Ministry of Agro Industry and Food Security, Ministry of Local government and Outer Islands, Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste and Climate Change, Ministry of Education, Tertiary Education, Science and Technology, Ministry of Local Government, Disaster and Risk Management?, Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Recreation,  Ministry of Industrial Development, SMEs and Cooperatives, Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Welfare.

Departments

ADD cooperates with several Governmennt Departments including the Mauritius Meteorological Services, Forest Department, the Fisheries Department.

Municipalities

ADD collaborates with the Municipalities at their request or in the context of its project activities.

In particular, ADD has collaborated with the Municipality of Quatre Bornes in its environment activiities. These relate primarily in sensitisation and the celebration of Worls Environment Day which is celebrated annually on 5 June. The UNEP to which ADD is affiliated is the lead UN body to celebrate this event.
